Growth was driven by several key sectors, with revenue from computing electronics, industrial/medical electronics, and automotive electronics surging by 69.5%, 40.7%, and 31.3% respectively. The company is building a technological moat in advanced packaging, focusing on 2.5D/3D and heterogeneous integration solutions for major clients.
Its memory packaging business is also capitalizing on the AI-driven demand boom. The company's capacity utilization rate climbed to around 80% in Q3, with some domestic production lines operating above 90% utilization in the first half of the year, indicating strong market demand.
