Chinese semiconductor firm NationalChip Technology has reached a significant milestone, with cumulative shipments of its automotive electronic chips surpassing 20 million units. This achievement underscores its growing role in providing a reliable domestic solution for China's auto supply chain.
The company has built a comprehensive product portfolio covering the entire vehicle ecosystem, from basic control to high-end intelligence. Its 12 automotive-grade product lines include chips for domain control, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), and powertrain control. Key technological breakthroughs include the launch of its CCL1800B, a 48V airbag ignition chip that fills a market gap, and the upcoming CCFC3009PT, a high-performance AI MCU based on RISC-V architecture.

This technical progress has translated into commercial success. In the first three quarters of 2025, the company's auto chip revenue surged 73.52% year-over-year. Its clients include major automakers like BYD, Geely, and XPeng. The company also promotes an "MCU+" system-level solution to help customers reduce costs and development complexity.
