Customer Service & Orders: During the holiday, our online platform will remain accessible, and self-service ordering, inquiries, and account reconciliation functions will operate normally; manual customer service will be suspended and will resume on June 22 (Monday) at 9:00 for consultations, order processing, and technical support.
2. Warehousing & Logistics: Shipments, pickups, and offline deliveries will be suspended from June 19 to June 21; the cutoff time for orders before the holiday is 18:00 on June 18. Starting June 22, shipments will be prioritized based on order sequence. Please plan your procurement schedule reasonably to avoid affecting production progress.
