Fenghua Advanced Technology announced on October 13 that controlling shareholder Guangdong Rising Holdings Group plans to reduce its stake by no more than 6.8556 million shares, or 0.60% of total share capital, via centralized bidding between November 4, 2026 and February 3, 2027. The reduction is for its own funding arrangements, with shares from free transfers, private placements, and secondary market purchases.

Fenghua Advanced is a leading domestic MLCC (multilayer ceramic capacitor) maker, covering chip resistors, chip capacitors, and electronic materials, serving consumer electronics, automotive electronics, industrial control, and communications equipment. Rising Holdings is a Guangdong state-owned enterprise. The reduction is limited and executed over about three months via centralized bidding, so direct market impact is manageable.

The passive components industry has benefited since H2 2025 from AI servers, new energy vehicles, and industrial automation, with tight supply in high-capacitance MLCCs and automotive-grade products. Fenghua Advanced continues investing in capacity utilization and product mix upgrades. The controlling shareholder's reduction points more to its own funding needs than a judgment on company operations.

ICgoodFind: Fenghua Advanced's controlling shareholder is cutting only 0.6% via phased centralized bidding, no directional impact on the MLCC leader's fundamentals. Passive component momentum is still driven by AI and automotive electronics demand.
