WT Microelectronics reported exceptional performance through October 2025, with cumulative revenue reaching NT$962.747 billion, already surpassing its full-year 2024 results. The company’s October revenue hit NT$126.885 billion, up 28.69% year-on-year and marking the second-highest monthly revenue in its history.

In the third quarter, revenue grew to NT$328.934 billion—a 27% quarterly increase and 26% annual growth. While gross margin slightly declined to 3.74% due to market competition, net profit rose 35% to NT$3.817 billion, demonstrating strong profitability.

For Q4, WT issued an optimistic forecast:

  • Mid-point revenue of NT$305 billion, up 17% year-on-year

  • Operating profit of NT$5.97 billion, up 42%

  • Net profit of NT$3.75 billion, surging 48%

AI-driven data center demand has been the primary growth driver. The company noted that cloud service providers are accelerating data center expansion, supporting sustained semiconductor orders. According to Chairman Cheng Wen-tsung, AI is still in its early stages, with strong long-term growth potential from large-scale model deployment and edge AI development.

Non-AI segments are also recovering steadily. Automotive and industrial semiconductor markets in Europe and the U.S. have returned to healthy inventory levels, while low inventories in consumer electronics, PCs, and smartphones set the stage for a rebound in 2026.

ICgoodFind:WT’s diversified business model and focus on AI and recovery sectors position it for sustained growth.
