Chip Manufacturer Litchip Reports Q3 Revenue Growth Amid Profit Decline

Chinese analog chip company Litchip Microelectronics presented a mixed financial picture in its Q3 2025 report. The company's single-quarter revenue grew 10.17% year-over-year to 213 million yuan, demonstrating business resilience.

However, its Q3 net profit fell 45.41% to 12.05 million yuan. For the first nine months of 2025, cumulative revenue was 564 million yuan, down 6.69%, while net profit saw a sharp decline of 71.40%.

A key highlight was a significant increase in research and development investment. In Q3 alone, R&D spending surged 36.89% to 49.58 million yuan, accounting for 23.27% of revenue. Over the first three quarters, total R&D expenditure reached 143 million yuan, a 45.99% increase, underscoring a strong commitment to future product development in areas like power management and signal chain chips for consumer electronics, automotive, and AI applications.
