Chinese analog chipmaker Halo Microelectronics has announced price increases for select products, effective March 1, 2026. Orders confirmed before this date will be honored at original pricing.

The company cited soaring global raw material and precious metal prices as the primary driver, pushing up wafer foundry and backend costs. Despite internal efficiency improvements, Halo noted these cost pressures could not be fully absorbed, necessitating adjustments to ensure stable supply and service quality.
Halo Micro specializes in power management and signal chain ICs, including DC/DC converters, fast charging solutions, battery management, port protection, and signal switching chips. Its products serve mobile, notebook, and wearable device markets.
ICgoodFind : Halo's move reflects broader cost transmission across analog chip supply chains. Downstream buyers should monitor cost trends and adjust procurement strategies to lock in pricing ahead of further potential adjustments.
