Description lokCone fittings and water pressure pipe cone fittings Triple Lok 37 ° expansion fittings are suitable for use with metric pipes. Their simplicity, compact design, and easy assembly make them a wide choice for fluid power applications in motion control. Steel fittings are particularly suitable for low and medium pressure applications with a rated pressure of up to 350 bar, with a working temperature range of -40 ° C to+120 ° C. Their design is simple. The expansion tool pliers and expansion pins (provided separately) form a seal and maintain liquid under system pressure. The pipe end has a 37 ° expansion and is clamped between the fitting mouth and the sleeve when the nut is tightened. This provides an effective single sealing point between the accessory and the pipe expansion. The Parker Triple Lok accessory consists of three components: accessory body, pipe nut, and sleeve. For steel fittings, it is recommended to use seamless drawn steel pipes according to DIN 2391/C.
