The three piece coupling includes two shaft sleeves and an elastic insert (coupling elastic body). Polyurethane coupling elastomer can provide attenuation of pulse loads, minimizing vibration to motors and other sensitive equipment. Two hardness levels are available, and the coupling elastomer can be used to customize the coupling performance. Low to moderate torsional stiffness and strength electrical isolation coupling solution is suitable for high load and moderate inertia balance design, allowing for small angles, axial and parallel deviations. A complete coupling includes two aluminum shaft sleeves and a coupling elastic body (ordered separately). Using 92 Shore coupling elastic body can provide the best vibration reduction performance, and using 98 Shore coupling elastic body can achieve the best torsional stiffness. The buckle type coupling elastic body can ensure zero clearance and high torque function. Fault safety design can still achieve coupling operation in case of coupling elastic element failure.
