The patent process developed by Ruland makes it extremely suitable, maintaining excellent surface and clamping force. Ruland marks the name and inner diameter size on each shaft sleeve for easy identification. 2-piece assembly can be matched during the manufacturing process, providing appropriate installation and alignment. The cast screws have been tested to exceed the DIN 912 12.9 standard, ensuring maximum retention. All shaft sleeves are made of solid bar blanks, providing a fine, burr free surface, and are specifically purchased from North American mills. Ruland uses advanced 2024 aluminum, which can increase the torque of screw fixation. All products comply with RoHS 2 and REACH standards and are manufactured at our Marlborough MA factory.
