They offer 4.5 MHz gain bandwidth products, 13 V/μ s conversion rates, and fast setup times without the need for JFET device technology. This series can be operated from a separate power supply, but is suitable for single power supply operation as the common mode input voltage range includes ground potential (VEE). These operational amplifiers have high input impedance, low input bias voltage, and high gain. All variants offer plastic DIP, SOIC, and TSSOP surface mount packaging.
