Description 4D Systems Armadillo, an entry-level kit for embedded computer display modules based on SK-Armadillo-43T Linux, is a display module that integrates a Linux based prototyping platform and color LCD into a single solution. LCD can provide a primary display screen and can be configured with Armadillo without the need for an external monitor. Armadillo is designed to utilize Armadillian, a Raspian based operating system that allows Armadillo to run most applications written for Raspberry Pi. Like the first generation Raspberry Pi board, Armadillo uses Broadcom BCM2835 SoC with 512 MB RAM. The color LCD touch screen can provide a 24 bit 4.3-inch display; A module with a 480 x 272 resolution display screen and 4-wire resistive touch.
