Amid the ongoing control battle for Nexperia, its parent company Wingtech has moved to reassure the market. Chairman Yang Mu stated that Nexperia China is prioritizing stable customer supply, engaging in direct communication with clients to secure domestic delivery channels, including for some overseas customers.

The dispute began on September 30th when the Dutch government issued a one-year order to freeze assets and intellectual property of Nexperia, a Wingtech subsidiary. This was followed by demands from some foreign executives for Wingtech to transfer shares.

In response, Nexperia China has firmly asserted its operational independence. It publicly declared that the Dutch headquarters' decision to dismiss a senior sales VP is legally invalid within China, and all business activities and production continue normally. As a leading power discrete and analog chip IDM, Nexperia is a core profit driver for Wingtech, making supply stability critical for the global automotive and computing industries.

ICgoodFind : Nexperia China's proactive measures aim to stabilize the supply chain, but the resolution of the control dispute remains a key focus.
