Innoscience, a global leading gallium nitride (GaN) supplier, announced the launch of two new products based on 100V dual-cool En-FCLGA packaging: INN100EA050DAD and INN100EA070DAD. These products can help solar micro-inverters, energy storage systems (ESS, DC input), and maximum power point tracking (MPPT) optimizers achieve the highest efficiency.
Product Overview and Packaging Advantages
The two new products, INN100EA050DAD and INN100EA070DAD, adopt the same dual-cool En-FCLGA 3.3X3.3 package as the previously released INN100EA035A. This package is the industry's first (P2P) replacement for silicon field-effect transistors (SFETs), which can immediately improve system efficiency and power density: under input conditions of 36V to 80V, system power loss can be reduced by more than 50%.
Innoscience's leading Dual-Cool En-FCLGA package has a 65% higher thermal conductivity than traditional single-cool packages, which can significantly improve system thermal performance, reduce operating temperature, enhance efficiency, and achieve higher power density (while reducing BOM costs).

- Advanced 100V E-mode GaN technology: Features extremely low gate charge (QG, typ @ VDS), ultra-low on-resistance (RDS(on)), and a very small board footprint.

Currently, the three products in Innoscience's Topside cooling En-FCLGA 3.3X3.3 package series — INN100EA035A, INN100EA050DAD, and INN100EA070DAD — have all successfully entered mass production and can accept bulk orders for delivery.
In addition, Innoscience's 100V P2P Drain down MOS product portfolio with En-FCLGA 5X6 packaging is about to be released, covering resistances from 1.8~5mohm, so stay tuned.
