Description Scotchlok ® Connector and crimping tool wiring terminal and shunt connector series, used for connectors on copper wires. Applications: Telecommunications (all networks including ISDN and Numeris), low current, alarm systems, etc. By using U-shaped metal components and the principle of self peeling connection. Sealed UY connectors provide perfect resistance to overcurrent and overvoltage. France Telecom has been using this connector (part number: 810918R) since 1972 and has obtained TQE2 certification. E9BM crimping tool is recommended for crimping UR2, UB2A, and 211 connectors with a diameter of 0.8 or 0.9mm on wires.
