Description Bourns TBU-CX Series TBU High Speed Protector TBU-CX Series Bourns ® TBU ® The product includes low capacitance bidirectional high-speed protection components, constructed using MOSFET semiconductor technology, designed to protect against faults caused by short circuits, AC power cross-over, induction, and lightning strikes. TBU ® The high-speed protector is placed in the system circuit to monitor current and has MOSFET detection circuit triggering to provide an effective barrier, which can prevent sensitive electronic devices from being exposed to high voltage or current during surge events.
