Description 300W Peak power LLC resonant converter, STMicroelectronics STEVAL-ISA132V1 is an evaluation board that can achieve L6699 and is an enhanced high-voltage resonant controller that provides 170W continuous power. L6699 integrates some innovative features, such as self-adjusting adaptive idle time, anti capacitance mode protection, and patented safe startup program, which can prevent hard switching during startup. High efficiency can be achieved through STB13N60M2 MDmesh M2 power MOSFET in the half bridge, and STPS20M80CG Schottky diode is used for secondary rectification.
