Description 350mA The STMicroelectronics STEVAL-ISA139V1 is an evaluation board based on PM6644. It is a 350mA adjustable valley current limiting buck regulator with a high-precision 3.3V voltage reference value and is packaged in a small DFN10 3x3mm package. This switch regulator is based on a constant on-time (CoT) architecture, which ensures fast instantaneous load response. Embedded voltage feedforward provides almost constant switching frequency operation. Using pulse jumping to improve efficiency under light loads. With the help of a simple resistor, the switching frequency can be adjusted between 200kHz and 600kHz. The input voltage range is 4.5V to 25V, and the input is fixed at 3.43V with an adjustable range of 0.9V to 5V. The reference accuracy is ± 1%, and the constant conduction time control is required. The live current should be programmable in PWM mode, with frequency switching, independent start signal locking, overvoltage and undervoltage protection, and switch voltage regulator, STMicroelectronics
