Model SP3238EEY-L/TR
Description RS-232 Line drivers and receivers, EXAR Exar offers a range of RS232 serial communication standard (also known as TIA/EIA-232) devices. They span data rates from 20kbps to 1Mbps, including commonly used 120kbps and 250kbps speeds. The RS-232 transceiver can operate on a single 5V power supply, and most transceivers can operate at power voltages as low as 3V. Enhanced ESD (electrostatic discharge) can reach up to+/-15kV IEC 61000-4-2 and/or+/-15kV HBM (individual human body model). The pins and parameters of most Exar devices are compatible with commonly used industrial standard equipment and are used for direct embedded replacement of RS-232 line drivers and receivers
