Description Si82xx ISO The Si82xx driver evaluation board enables designers to evaluate the Silicon Laboratories series of ISO drivers. This board carries 5kVrms versions of Si8220, Si8233, Si8234, and Si8235, and includes a ground pad that can be used for common panel mounting and through-hole packaging of FET/IGBT power transistors. The board also includes a plug-in area for additional prototype design, which can be used to accommodate any load configuration that needs to be evaluated.
