Description Si822x / Si823x ISOdriver Isolation gate driver, Silicon Labs Si8220/1 is a single channel isolation gate driver with optoelectronic input packaging and pin compatibility. It is also an upgraded version of HCPL-3120 and other optical coupled gate drivers. Connecting to external input circuits of optocouplers, such as voltage sources and series limiting resistors, significantly improves performance and reliability. The Silicon Labs Si823x series isolated driver series separates two independent isolated drivers into one package to form a high/low voltage driver (Si8230/1/3/4) or dual driver (Si8232/5).
