Model SI82397CD-IS
Description Si8239x Digital isolated drivers, Silicon Labs combines two isolated drivers with independent input control, or uses a single input for high power applications. The working voltage is all 2.5 V input VDD, and the maximum driving power supply voltage is 24 V. It is particularly suitable for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs that support up to 5 kVrms. They have high CMTI (100 kV/μ s), low propagation delay, low skewness, and reduce temperature, aging, and inter component variations. Output UVLO fault detection and feedback can automatically shut down two drivers. All are provided in a 16 pin wide SOIC package with a rated isolation value of 5kVrms.
