Description SFH 7770 Osram Opto Semiconductors The SFH 7770 series is a two in one digital solution, designed for compact surface mount devices to simultaneously detect the proximity of ambient light and reflective objects; By using 2 or 3 IR LEDs instead of 1, gestures can even be detected. Applications include: mobile phones PDA、 Laptops, cameras, and other consumer products. The small surface mount CHIPLED package I2C bus interface proximity sensor (PS) has a detection range of up to 100mm (SFH 7770) or 300mm (SFH 7770 E6), and can drive up to three IR emitters. The ambient light sensor (ALS) has high linearity and spectral sensitivity that matches the human eye, OSRAM Opto Semiconductors
