Description 3SE5 Series, auxiliary release SIRIUS 3SE5 solenoid valve interlock switch, with independent actuator and additional electromagnetic drum designed for protective door, the protective door must remain closed when closing the machine. The integrated auxiliary magnet in the switch can keep the door locked until a specific signal is received. The safety mechanism can prevent unnecessary closure, ensuring that the normally closed contacts of the magnet never close even when the door is open. The auxiliary release mechanism can be used to manually release the switch, for example, if there is a power failure or if entry is required during installation. Some excellent standard features include integrated solenoid valve interlock using 24V, 115V, or 230V coil voltage, 6-switch contacts, and independent position sensing for magnets and protective doors. It also provides optical status monitoring. Higher locking force (2600 N on metal models and 1300 N on plastic models) ensures enhanced safety even in harsh industrial environments. Standard configuration includes 2 x 3 contact blocks, 2 normally closed contacts, and 1 normally open contact for magnet and actuator monitoring. The new innovative ASIsafe solution comes with an integrated module designed with safety in mind, significantly reducing the load on data lines. Contact monitoring and magnet control consume current ≤ 170 mA. Some additional release mechanisms can handle any application: auxiliary release mechanism, lock release, evacuation release, and emergency release.
