Description PIC16C773/774 8 Microchip's PIC16C series microcontroller 8-bit CMOS MCU integrates Microchip's PIC ® The architecture is integrated into the pin and packaging options, ranging from space saving 14 pin devices to feature rich 64 pin devices. Now replaced by flash based models, these devices are still popular in traditional designs. For new applications, the PIC16F model should be considered. The PIC16C773/774 series microcontroller is based on Microchip's intermediate architecture, with an 8-layer hardware stack and 35 14 bit instructions. These MCUs can provide up to 5 MIPs, 7 kilobytes of program memory, and 256 bytes of RAM for data storage.
