Description Si8239x Digital Isolation Driver Evaluation Kit, Silicon Labs evaluates Si8239x series digital isolation drivers using Silicon Labs Si8239xISO-KIT. Onboard screw terminals can quickly evaluate key parameters and test points on each pin, providing a direct method of connecting to the design. Jumpers are also provided for manually setting Si8294, and even replacing it with a dual input model. The Silicon Labs Si8239x series isolated gate driver is particularly suitable for driving power switches widely used in power supply, inverter, and motor control applications. Compared with optocoupler gate drivers, they provide longer working life and higher reliability. The Si8239x isolated gate driver supports a withstand voltage of up to 5 kVRMS and complies with UL1577 and VDE0884 standards. Attached - Si8239x Evaluation Board - Si82394AD-IS (RS 905-4481 Insulated Power Driver Insulated Driver Series, suitable for applications using IGBT or MOSFET power output devices
