Description nRF51422 ANT™/The Nordic Semiconductors nRF51422 is a 2.4GHz multi protocol RF transceiver SoC used for ANT, Bluetooth smart, and Nordic Gazell protocol applications. It integrates RF transceivers, ARM Cortex-M0 core microcontrollers, flash memory, and analog/digital peripherals onto a single QFN or WLCSP chip. The Gazell protocol is wireless and compatible with the nRF24L series transceivers.
