Description BZP Steel mechanical screws are fully threaded and can be used for prefabricated holes or with suitable nuts and washers in through holes. Our RS professional quality BZP countersunk mechanical screws are designed to be easy to assemble. When you need to embed the screw head into the material, cross groove and countersunk screws are excellent choices after bright galvanizing and white passivation treatment. Features and advantages include recyclability. Typical applications include prototype design of printed circuit boards, installation of circuit boards, general maintenance and repair, lamp fastening applications. Note that Philips screwdrivers are required. We offer various thread sizes and lengths of countersunk mechanical screws. Refer to the data sheet and scope overview download file for detailed information. If bright galvanized steel is not the product you need, we also offer cross groove and flat head mechanical screws made of stainless steel and nickel plated brass.
