Description MakerBot 3D The MakerBot PLA filament is the best and most consistent filament designed for the MakerBot Replicaner 2 desktop 3D printer and all fifth generation MakerBot Replicaner 3D printers. With strict tolerances, it ensures stable flow through the extruder nozzle and the highest printing quality. Each filament color has undergone comprehensive quality testing at the 100 micron and 200 micron layer resolutions of the MakerBot Replicant desktop 3D printer to verify whether the filament can perform each function provided by the MakerBot MakerWare software and reliably slice and print higher quality prints with the shortest downtime. The MakerBot PLA filament is composed of pure grade resins available in the market. Each MakerBot PLA filament color has passed comprehensive quality testing. After purchasing the filament, it is important to store it correctly to maintain its quality. Over time, plastic will absorb moisture from the air and form small bubbles in the filament. These water bubbles are heated in the extrusion nozzle and quickly reach their boiling point, splashing onto the printed product. Recommend using desiccants to absorb moisture. Note that it is essential to use MakerBot filaments - using third-party filaments may render the MakerBot desktop 3D printer ineffective with 3D printer filaments
