Description Murata 2W Dual output isolated DC-DC converter - MGJ2 series Murata MGJ2 series DC-DC converter is particularly suitable for powering high side and low side gate drive circuits in bridge circuits. These isolated DC to DC converters provide asymmetric output voltage selection, offering the best driver level for optimal system efficiency and EMI. The MGJ2 series isolated power supply is designed for high isolation and dv/dt requirements commonly found in motor drive and inverter bridge circuits. The industrial grade temperature rating and construction of MGJ2 ensure long service life and reliability. Optimized bipolar output voltage for IGBT/MOSFET gate driver power density 0.81W/cm 5.2kV DC isolation test voltage ultra-low coupling capacitor volume 1.96cm ² SIP package types 5V, 12V, 15V, and 24V input+15V/-5V,+15V/-8.7V, and+20V/-5V output can run at 100 oC dv/dt anti-interference characteristics partial discharge performance characteristics # # UL 60950, UL60601 (3rd edition) # # Murata power solution - SIP
