Description MCP1827 Microchip MCP1827 is a low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator that can operate at input voltages ranging from 2.3 V to 6 V, while providing up to 1.5 A current. The device provides a low static current of 120 μ A and a stable output with only 1 μ F output capacitor. MCP1804 has the functions of normal power output and current reversal protection. ###Features: 1.5A output current capability, input operating voltage range: 2.3 V to 6.0 V, low voltage drop: 330 mV at 1.5A (typical), output voltage capacitor: 0.5% (typical), stable and fast response to load transients through 1.0 μ F ceramic output capacitor, low power supply current: 120 μ A (typical), low shutdown power supply current: 0.1 μ A (typical) (MCP1827 only), fixed delay power supply, normal output (MCP1827 only), short circuit current limitation and over temperature protection, LDO (low voltage drop) linear voltage regulator, Microchip
