Description Lumileds LUXEON Z ES The LUXION Z ES series of miniature lighting grade LEDs from the Lumileds series provide high lumen density, excellent design flexibility, and precise optical control. The compact size of 1.6 x 2mm (reduced by 75% compared to the standard 3535 package) allows for very tight packaging of LEDs, making the LES (Light Emitting Surface) smaller. In addition, LUXION Z ES LED does not come with a dome lens, allowing for better fiber coupling. Therefore, it has excellent beam angle control and outstanding angular color. When tested and stacked under real conditions of 700mA and 85 ° C, LUXION Z ES LED is an ideal choice for indoor and outdoor light sources, meeting the requirements of super beam angle, high efficiency, and low cost. Miniature size without dome surface mount package: 1.6 x 2.0 x 0.68 mm for thermal testing and stacking at 85 ° C and 700 mA. Drive current: maximum 1A. Free stacking provides 3-step and 5-step MacAdam elliptical versions (components with CRI below 70 do not have SDCM values specified and all components are within 5-step MCE). Low thermal resistance: 3 ° C/W VF (typical): 2.85 V resulting in higher lm/W TVS.
