Description PIC16C5x 8 Microchip's PIC16C series microcontroller 8-bit CMOS MCU integrates Microchip's PIC ® The architecture is integrated into the pin and packaging options, ranging from space saving 14 pin devices to feature rich 64 pin devices. Now replaced by flash based models, these devices are still popular in traditional designs. For new applications, the PIC16F model should be considered. The PIC16C5x series microcontroller is based on the Microchip baseline architecture, with a 2-layer hardware stack and 33 12 bit instructions. These MCUs provide data storage of up to 10 MIPS, 3 bytes of program memory, and up to 73 bytes of RAM. The onboard is an RC oscillator with an accuracy of ± 1%. ###Features: 33 instructions, 2-level hardware stack. All models except PIC16C55/C55A/C57/C57 C/CR57C have 12 input/output pins and 20 input/output pins. PIC16C55/C55A/C57/C57 C/CR57C has an 8-bit timer, monitoring timer (WDT), power on reset (POR), device reset timer (DRT), and PIC16 microcontroller
