Model PLB190S
Description 1-Form-B Enhanced isolation OptoMOS relay, PLA PLA171 uses optical coupled MOSFET technology to provide high 5000 Vrms input to output isolation. It has a unique design with a 7mm gap between the input and output pins. It is single pole with normally closed (1-Form-B) contacts. These devices use the well-known OptoMOS architecture with efficient control of GaAlAs infrared LEDs through optical coupling output. Potential applications in telecommunications: telecommunications switching, cutting-edge/ring circuits, modem switching (portable computers, laptops, pocket sized), dial-up pulse instrumentation: multiplexers, data acquisition, electronic switching, input/output subsystem instrumentation (watt hours, water, gas), medical equipment: patient/device isolation security systems, aviation industry control features 5000 Vrms input/output isolation low drive power requirements (compatible with TTL/CMOS), no moving parts high reliability no arc, no vibration reduction circuit FCC compatible VDE compatible no EMI/RFI generation small 6-pin package machine insertable, wave solderable surface mount and roll up models # # # UL, CSA, EN/IEC # # Ixys solid-state relays, printed circuit board installation
