Description P-NUCLEO-6180X2，VL6180X Nucle Package with VL6180X expansion board and NUCLEO-L053R8 Nucleo board P-NUCLEO-6180X2 is an evaluation package that introduces the proximity, range determination, and optical sensing functions of VL6180X sensors, as well as the ultra-low power STM32L053R8 microcontroller. The expansion board features VL6180X, a proximity sensor, gesture and ambient light sensing (ALS) module. VL6180X is based on STMicroelectronics FlightSense ™ Flight time technology. This board introduces and evaluates proximity, range determination, and light sensing functions. One or more VL6180X modules can be used to develop basic gesture recognition applications. It is compatible with STM32 Nucleo series boards and Arduino UNO R3 connector layouts. NUCLEO-L053R8 is an STM32 NUCLEO-64 development board with an STM32L053R8T6 microcontroller. Sliding switch control range measurement, exceeding 400mm, with ambient light sensing up to 100kLux 4-digit display screen, displaying the distance between the target and the proximity sensor, or the lux illumination value of ambient light sensing (ALS) with excellent range accuracy, not affected by target reflectivity # # Sensor Interfaces, STMicroelectronics
