Description Teledyne LeCroy Passive probe PP023 is a standard probe that comes with most oscilloscopes. They are also sold as individual items and as spare parts. PP023 (PP023-1 single pack, PP023-2 two pack) has a bandwidth of 500 MHz, an input capacitance of 10 pF, and a probe tip diameter of 2.5 mm. It is a typical passive probe that provides 10:1 attenuation and has a high resistance of 10 M Ω. Its high input resistance makes this passive probe the best choice for instruments used for low-frequency signals, as it minimizes the circuit load at these frequencies. These passive probes are designed to handle voltages of at least 400 V. PP023 can handle up to 500 V. The Teledyne LeCroy passive probe has attenuation sensing pins that can activate the oscilloscope to automatically scale waveforms proportionally without the need for operator input. ###Note that the PP023 passive probe is compatible with Teledyne LeCroy HDO6000/HDO6000-MS and HDO8000 oscilloscopes, as well as with the MDA800 motor driver analyzer. Using a suitable passive probe for an oscilloscope or analyzer means that the probe will be correctly compensated across the entire bandwidth range. Otherwise, only low-frequency compensation will be applied. ###Grounding lead, rigid probe tip (installed), rigid probe tip (spare), short collar (installed), spring hook, fine adjustment tool, long collar, IC insulator (black, brown, blue, green, gray -1 piece per piece), tip insulator 2.5 mm, probe tip cover, BNC adapter 2.5 mm, rotating grounding lead, rotating grounding lead adapter, grounding spring, printed circuit board adapter, spring tip, color coded ring (yellow, red, green, blue -2 pieces per piece), # # # Passive oscilloscope probe # # Note: All products in this series are available for use with tools with permanent grounding wires.
