Description Accelerator IC, Murata Murata's Low-G acceleration sensor includes high-performance digital and analog accelerometers for safety critical automotive and industrial applications. Based on 3D MEMS technology and suitable for horizontal or vertical measurement. The sensing components and measurement ASICs are assembled in dual in-line or dual flat plastic packaging with pins for surface mounting and reflow soldering. Zero temperature dependence is less than 1mg/° C. Silicone gel is used for environmental protection to provide high reliability in humid environment and during temperature cycle. The design of sensing elements has damping frequency response, which can provide excellent performance in harsh and vibration environments. The measurement direction is parallel or perpendicular to the installation panel. ASIC includes on-chip EEPROM memory with calibration coefficients for unit interchangeability. Murata acceleration meter includes fault detection: digital activation self-test, calibration memory parity or check sum, continuous connection fault detection. ###Acceleration table, Murata
