Description EFR32 Mighty Gecko 2.4 GHz The 915 MHz 19.5 dBm wireless board benefits from integrated sub GHz ISM band and 2.4 GHz band transceivers, and the Silicon Lab EF32 Mighty Gecko SLWRB4150B wireless board supports dual band. The sub GHz cross-section is designed for operation in the US FCC 902-928 MHz frequency band and features an external telescopic antenna. The 2.4 GHz cross-section operates in the frequency range of 2400-2483.5 MHz and features an onboard printed inverted F antenna. The matching network has been optimized to provide an output power of+19.5 dBm. The wireless power board can be connected to the wireless starter kit motherboard BRD4001A to provide a development platform for the EFR32 Flex Gecko wireless on-chip system. In addition, we offer an entry-level kit in our product. ###Features: EFR32 Mighty Gecko wireless SoC, with 256 kB flash memory and 32 kB RAM (EFR32MG1P233F256GM48), inverted F printed circuit board antenna (2.4 GHz band), SMA connector (915 MHz band), transmission power:+19.5 dBm, CPU core: ARM Cortex-M4, with FPU crystal, used for LFXO and HFXO: 32.768 kHz and 38.4 MHz ultra-low power operation modes, fast wake-up time, low power consumption. Note that Mighty Gecko wireless starter kit (SLWSTK6000A-RS 915-6604) is required to access ZigBee and Thread software stacks. ###Single chip components, Silicon Laboratories
