Description 0805 TFPT A series of high stability thin film linear PTC thermistors from series linear PTC Vishay, packaged in compact SMT. The device features an alumina substrate base with nickel based PTC thin film resistive elements, providing high stability and repeatability over a wide temperature range. Working temperature range -55 to+150 ° C, providing 5% or 1% low tolerance models. Compact 0805 size SMT packaging with cUL certification components: Document E148885 complies with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, halogen-free, and meets the definition of IEC 61249-2-21
