Description Infineon **Infineon** Provide a wide range of PowerBLOCK thyristor modules with (silicon controlled rectifier) SCR/SCR phase control layout. The substrate adopts pressure contact technology and has different sizes: 20mm, 34mm, 50mm, and 60mm. The base is an isolated copper substrate, and this thyristor module can be used for most phase control applications, such as low-voltage soft starters, power supplies, and electrical drivers. **Infineon * * devices offer sturdy, fully sealed industrial modular components that provide some protection in high humidity environments. Pressure contact technology is easy to install and industrial standard packaged with electrical insulation. Infineon Infineon Phase Controlled Thyristor (PCT) offers different types of thyristors, such as capsule type, thyristor module, and combination PowerBLOCK thyristor/diode module. The thyristor module comes with stable pressure contacts and uses isolation substrates of various sizes, with a maximum of 60mm.
