Description NEMA 23 The SanMotion micro stepper driver and high torque motor with integrated design allow for more compact installation and fewer wiring configurations. Three types of manipulation modes can be selected to match specific applications, including programmable parallel mode, step/direction pulse mode, and serial RS 485 communication. Microstep function: 16 scales, maximum input frequency of 250kpps, three operation modes - instruction pulse control (step and direction); Universal input/output programmable control (up to 32 programs); Serial communication control (RS485 standard) 5-digit LED display, used for alarm/status UL/CSA/CE certification of 0.9 ° and 1.8 ° hybrid stepper motors with 1.8 ° step angle. The motor can be directly compatible with the stepper motor drive board, and can drive any motor in half step mode (such as 0.9 ° per step), which can bring higher accuracy, higher performance stability, and faster step speed. The stepper motor controller can control direction, speed, acceleration/deceleration. Applying the correct electrical pulse sequence to the winding of a stepper motor can rotate the shaft by 1.8 ° step angle (equivalent to 200 steps per revolution). When these motors are loaded and driven correctly, discrete output steps can be generated. Determine the number of step sizes and rotation speed based on the number of pulses and input signal frequency. This provides an ideal method for controlling speed and position. The electric motor can be directly compatible with the stepper motor drive board. Applications include: robot paper feeding mechanism, typing printer, small machine tool, computer peripheral equipment, X-Y plotter
