Description IRISS VPFR The VPFR series of industrial grade infrared windows (viewing pane fixed reinforcement) enables thermal imagers to efficiently explore critical electrical applications, making them safer than ever before. The NFPA standard recommends conducting infrared testing with full power on. However, PPE requirements, panel cover disassembly and reassembly are not only time-consuming but also expensive. The use of VPFR series inspection windows can provide enterprises with non-invasive closed panel detection methods, which can almost completely eliminate the risks associated with infrared electrical detection. The thermal imaging device using an infrared window will never come into contact with electrified conductors or circuit components, nor will it involve behaviors that increase risk. Therefore, there is no need to increase the PPE level during intrusion exploration, thus minimizing exploration time while ensuring maximum safety. Durable and fully impact resistant industrial grade infrared window with fixed and stable transmission (fast) and unconditional transmission loss guarantee, suitable for precise qualitative and quantitative analysis of patent reinforced grilles. The viewing window panel standard for high-voltage switchgear is made of non-conductive UL 94 plastic with 30kV/mm insulation and 1.2 cm (0.5 in.) port openings comply with IP2x standards, suitable for the maximum safe hole size of switchgear to prevent accidental insertion of main components including assembly templates and instructions.
