Description NH NSK has updated its LS and LH series linear motion products and launched the NS and NH series for the series of high load linear guides (slides and seats). The new series has been redesigned to meet the market and demand for linear motion technology today, and it has many advantages. The new groove design with a dynamic load rating of 1.3 times the existing range (LS and LH) can double the expected lifespan (increasing the contact area between the ball, guide rail slide, and ball slide, dispersing the load, and reducing surface pressure). The new series has extended its service life, greatly increasing maintenance intervals and production efficiency. NSK maintains the same installation dimensions as LH and LS series, making the new NS and NH series fully compatible with existing components. The redesigned ball circulation path can improve its applicability for high-speed applications and reduce noise to a maximum of only 3dB. Typical applications include machine tools, robots, semiconductor and automotive production lines, CT scanners, measuring instruments, automation, and train platform screen doors. Provide NSK's K1 lubrication system, which uses a unique mixture of 70% mineral oil and 30% polyolefin resin for long-term maintenance free operation.
