Description IRISS CAP The IRISS patented reinforced polymer series infrared window has the advantages of durability, reliable and stable transmission, and is the cornerstone of the CAP series infrared window. The diameter of the traditional circular crystal infrared (IR) inspection window is 2-4 inches. The main reason is that increasing the diameter while maintaining the thickness will exponentially increase the fragility of the crystal, making it easier to damage the larger the size and costly to implement. The width of the CAP series infrared window comes in several sizes of 6, 12, and 24 inches, allowing multiple components to be viewed from one window, reducing the total number of windows required and the associated installation time and cost. Durable and fully impact resistant, the fixed and stable transmission (fast) has been proven to be acid resistant, alkali resistant, UV resistant, moisture-proof, moisture resistant, vibration resistant, and high-frequency noise resistant. The reinforced grille complies with IP2x standards and is suitable for maximum safety hole size and fail safe design with/without a lockable cover including assembly templates and instructions.
