Description Rexnord Viva Rexnord's elastic coupling series requires minimal maintenance and does not require lubrication. Soft polymer components can handle and correct significant alignment errors. Two piece polymer components can be quickly disassembled and replaced without disturbing the wheel hub, shaft, or disassembling the equipment from the mounting parts. The components connected by polyurethane component pads can prevent vibration and impact. Suitable for various applications, including centrifugal compressors and blowers, metal extruders, cooling towers, reciprocating pumps, and forced draft fans. ATEX certification requires the purchase of two wheels and one polymer connecting element for a complete coupling. Built in overload protection provides tight coupling and gasket models, allowing for different shaft spacings suitable for applications up to 7500 rpm with low maintenance ATEX # # # elastomeric couplings
