Description XCS DM，Equipped with built-in safety relay encoding, this device does not require independent safety relays, saving cabinet space while maintaining functionality and being easy to install. Provide Cat 3/4 or SIL 2/3 protection level for the outer cover of the activity machine or areas that are frequently cleaned. The built-in safety relay allows switching to self check and detecting its own faults without the need for external safety relays. It can directly drive external contactors to control the motor load directly and safely. Suitable applications include: packaging machines, assembly machines, food processing areas, pharmaceuticals, chemical machinery, automated production lines, wood processing machinery, robots, scissors, and many other types of machinery (manual loading and unloading workplaces). Integrated safety relays reduce wiring complexity and cabinet space. Diagnostic work temperature range: -25 ° C to+75 ° C. Food grade polyurethane (PUR) cables can connect multiple switch safety codes in series to prevent tampering. Hall effect technology is used to allow for misalignment gaps. Durable and suitable for use in light and heavy industry applications, complying with EN1088 requirements. Non contact switches
