Description ISL8107 Single phase PWM controller with 9V-75V input voltage ISL8107EVAL2Z evaluation board designed for 12V output voltage and 5A maximum current. The input voltage ranges from 18V to 75V, with a typical operating voltage of 48V. The output voltage ripple is 30mV, and the switching frequency is 200kHz. ISL8107 is a single-phase pulse width modulation (PWM) controller with a wide input voltage range. It is a asynchronous buck controller that integrates a high side MOSFET driver. Working with a bias power supply voltage of+9V to+75V and an internal reference voltage of+1.192V within an industrial temperature range of ± 1% tolerance, programmable switching frequency of 100kHz to 600kHz, simple single loop voltage mode control voltage feedforward compensation switching frequency synchronization without loss, programmable overcurrent protection using MOSFET's rDS (ON) Hiccup mode, integrated N-channel MOSFET gate driver, programmable soft start overheat protection, and switch voltage regulator, Intersil
