Description Vishay K...H The Vishay series of K... H multilayer ceramic capacitors with high operating temperature (C0G HOTcap) comply with AEC-Q200 and are suitable for the most demanding automotive operating conditions. These MLCCs have an unparalleled maximum operating temperature of+175 ° C and are constructed from stable C0G dielectrics. These radial ceramic capacitors exhibit a capacitance variation of ± 330 ppm/K between -55 ° C and+175 ° C. Providing new standard performance and reliability, Vishay's HOTcap series is made with a unique wet construction process and inert metal electrodes. Using 100% tinned copper-clad wire, providing straight and crimped leads with a spacing of 2.5 mm or 5 mm. Vishay K... H high operating temperature MLCC also uses UL 94 V-0 flame-retardant epoxy resin. Compliant with AEC-Q200 (providing PPAP), this high reliability and high-performance radial mounting design is unparalleled for applications under extreme working conditions, with a maximum operating temperature of+175 ° C. It can be used in ceramic dielectric wet construction processes with high reliability MLCC plugins.
