Description N6705A The Keysight N6705A DC power analyzer is introduced as a new instrument category for engineers to use. It is an easy-to-use mainframe that provides excellent productivity by integrating up to 4 advanced power modules (provided separately) with DMM, Scope, Arb, and data logger features for locating and measuring DC voltage and current entering the DUT. N6705A does not require collecting multiple devices and creating complex test setups, including transformers (current probes and splitters), for measuring the current entering the DUT. It does not require the development and debugging of programs to control various instruments and perform measurements, as all functions and measurements are provided on the front panel. When automated workbench setup is required, N6705A can be fully converted through GPIB, USB, and LAN, and is compatible with LXI Class C. The output speed of each voltage change step is up to 160ms. The power supply accuracy is up to 0.016%+1.5mV, and the accuracy of the 18 bit ammeter is up to 0.03%+15 μ A. The 18 bit arbitrary waveform generator function has a bandwidth of up to 4500Hz and an output power of up to 300W. The oscilloscope function digitizes voltage and current at 50kHz, 4096 pts, and up to 18 bits. The measurement interval is 1ms to 60s, and each data record is up to 500M 64MB non-volatile data storage. It is used for data recording, range tracking, and instrument settings to access all functions without programming. It is intuitive and has dedicated physical control. It is used for general function large color chart displays and can easily view complex data. The display is connected and controlled. Color coding ensures fast and error free setup.
