Description Evaluation board, used for ISL8105A 5V/12V synchronous buck converter PWM controller, with MOSFET gate driver ISL8105AEVAL1Z evaluation board can highlight ISL8105A+5V or+12V single-phase synchronous buck converter PWM controller, integrating MOSFET gate driver in DC/DC applications. This evaluation board can be configured for a 1.8V output voltage and a maximum load of 15A. Using a bias power supply voltage of+5V or+12V to operate 1.0V to 12V input voltage range 0.6V to VIN output voltage range 0.6V internal reference voltage within the commercial temperature range ± 1% tolerance. Integrated MOSFET gate driver that operates with bias voltage (+5V to+12V), bootstrap high side gate driver, integrated with boost diode drive N-channel MOSFET simple voltage mode PWM control traditional dual edge modulation fast transient response high bandwidth error amplifier, all 0% to 100% duty cycle fixed operating frequency 600kHz, used for ISL8105A fixed internal soft start, with pre bias load capability no loss, programmable overcurrent protection using bottom MOSFET rDS (ON) can use COMP/EN pin enable/disable function to output current source current and suction.
